Screamin' Demon (Kings Island)
The Screamin' Demon (1977–1987), a shuttle loop roller coaster designed by Arrow Dynamics, was the first forward- and backward-looping roller coaster in the United States.[1]
At the end of the 1987 season, the ride was sold and relocated to Camden Park in West Virginia where it was renamed to Thunderbolt Express.[2] It was closed in 2000 and never reopened. It was eventually scrapped in 2004.[3]
